You have to dry the car yourself but it took me under a minute since the car was mostly dry when I exited the tunnel. I love how each vacuum station has 2 hoses (one for the left side of car, one for the right). Very strong suction power. The air and free towels are an added bonus. Recently purchased a new car and have struggled to find a decent automatic car wash. I cannot believe how many bad ones are out there. This is the only place I have visited twice. Grateful to have finally found a place worthy of cleaning my baby. Joined their unlimited wash club and could not be happier. read less

The supplied towels are great to fine tune and get the few spots that were missed which are inevitable with automated systems. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Because people are waiting for vacuums if can back up the exit of the car wash, which then backs up the car wash, which then backs up the entrance. With as popular as it is they definitely need to reconfigure some things (perhaps buy some space from Macy’s furniture) but all in all the car wash cleans great and that’s most important. read less

We had a small issue with a coupon but the gentlemen who was outside quickly resolved it. (Thank you) We went on a weekend and the two regular lanes were pretty long. First time coming and I was impressed off the bat by the kindness and professionalism of all the staff ( Special shoutout to Cassie, you are a gem!) The process is unique, allowing for you to pay and choose exactly what kind of wash you want all from your car ( they give you a breakdown of whats included at the different price points ) I chose the top tier one because the snow/ice over the past few weeks did a number on my car 😭😭 The process was seamless and my car came out within a few minutes scrubbed, polished and waxed beautifully! They have microfiber towels available too to utilize to get those hard to reach spots or to do some interior cleaning. The vacuums are long so you’re able to reach every nook and cranny in the car. There’s plenty on staff on site who are friendly and there to answer any questions you may have too! Definitely considering to get their monthly unlimited special too! Wish they would have a location in Philly but until then definitely will be making a visit soon 😊 read less

The best management here is amazing and also whoever you talk to.. Will definitely still use them even it's just buy as you go! read less
