Terms & Conditions

As Sammy’s Unlimited Wash Club member, you understand that your credit card will automatically charge each month until the Membership is cancelled or terminated. No prior notification of such charges will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case Sammy’s Express Car Wash will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to payment being collected, however, if Sammy’s Express Car Wash increases the monthly charge by $5 or less, you waive any written notice of such increase to the amount of the recurring monthly charge.

Cancellations must be received at least three (3) days prior to the next billing date; otherwise you may be charged for that month and the cancellation will not be effective until the following billing date.  No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.

To cancel your membership please complete our membership cancellation form located on our website at https://www.sammyscw.com/cancel. We cannot accept cancellations in-person or over the phone.

The Membership is per vehicle. Taxis, limos, app-based transportation services (including but not limited to Uber and Lyft) and other professional transportation vehicles are prohibited. Each vehicle is limited to 1 wash per day. Sammy’s Express Car Wash may terminate a Membership upon violation of these terms and conditions.

The Membership cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, prepaid washes or gift cards.  Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to Sammy’s Express Car Wash.  Sammy’s  reserves the right to close stores due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and store upgrades.

Sammy’s Express Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the Membership at any time.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Sammy’s Express Car Wash and/or its affiliated companies (“we”) may need to provide you with certain communications, notices, agreements, billing statements, or disclosures in writing (“Communications”) regarding your Membership or our other products or services. Providing your email address and accepting these terms and conditions confirms your ability and consent to receive Communications electronically, rather than in paper form.
